Taking his name from a classic synthesizer, and his inspiration from classic soul, rapper/singer/producer Johnny Moog is on a mission to spread some classic vibes of his own. Straight out of Corpus Christi--the South Texas town known as the home of Selena and Tajano music--Johnny didn't exactly grow up in a hotbed for Hip-Hop and R&B, as a kid he focused his energies into church, singing in the choir and playing drums.
